How do I return?

What items are returnable?
Please note we do not allow returns on clothing and accessories DUE TO COVID.
- Wrong items received are returnable
- Wrong name/picture on the custom piece are returnable only for store credit or can be remade.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items
- Custom pieces
- Broken items
- Apparel outside of its original packaging
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is damaged, reach out to the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE within 7 days of the delivered date. We DO NOT have control over damaged items. If clothing items appear to have a manufacture problem please contact us!
My jewelry is not the same when I first received it!
If you are experiencing color changes, rust, or anything in that category within 5 days or LESS of receiving please feel free to request a return or reach out to us if you'd like a new one!
Can the items be exchanged?
At this time NO, due to COVID-19.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method (if eligible)
- Refund to gift card
How do I ship back the items?
1. Place items back in packaging or any packaging.
2. Create return label with any paper or label maker.
2a. Please write our address in the TOP LEFT CORNER: Email us for correct address
2b. Please write YOUR address in the middle of the paper
3. Attach to front of the package and bring to your local post office to get shipped. Dont forget to request a receipt with tracking!
4. Screenshot or send us correct tracking and then we will process the payment or ship the new item(s).
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
