  • Processing time for all other items is 1-3 business days EXCLUDING the weekend and holidays. Jewelry processing times are 1-7 days.
  • Shipping and processing times are NOT the SAME
  • once you purchase with BREELY you DO agree to our shipping and policy details.
  • Items sold by the "Breely Closet" are personally brought and sold individually (not included in our main stream items at Livebreely.com)
  • We ALWAYS send 2 emails concerning your order (confirmation email and order fulfillment) we do NOT send out order updates daily as we are handling many tasks daily
  • Please check your spam/junk/unread inboxes for our emails
  • jewelry may take up to 60 DAYS NO EXCEPTIONS *in effective immediately*
  •  NO returns on custom jewelry unless it is OUR issue.
  • We do NOT have any control/responsibility over the package once it arrives to USPS. Including damages, ALL packages leave our warehouse in one piece! 
  • Due to COVID NO returns on clothes unless never worn.
  • Post office times may be delayed right now, Please DO NOT order any custom pieces if you are expecting on a certain day.
  • Some forms of returns may be issued in gift cards ONLY!
  • For custom ordering it is especially REQUIRED you provide a form of contact or your item will not be able to be fulfilled and we will have to refund you.
  • if you do not put a name for ANY nameplate items item you WILL receive the name on the order!
  • If you put the wrong address please notify us within 1-5 business Days or your order will be delayed.
  • we ONLY respond to emails or messages directed to our business page
  • All discounted sales are FINAL
  • If items are damaged BEFORE 7 days we WILL replace!
