• Processing time for all items is 1-7 business days EXCLUDING the weekend and holidays. 
• Shipping and processing times are NOT the SAME. Processing: your order is being prepared to ship. Shipping: Your label has been printed and will leave or has left our facility .
• Items sold by the "Breely Closet" are personally brought and sold individually (not included in our main stream items at Livebreely.com)
• We will ALWAYS send 2 emails concerning your order (confirmation email and order fulfillment) we do NOT send out order updates daily as we are handling many tasks daily.
• Please check your spam/junk/unread inboxes for our emails
• Jewelry will take at least 4-8 weeks does not include processing time. *NO EXCEPTIONS*
• Your order will be delayed if you do not enter the proper details when purchasing
•  NO returns on custom jewelry unless it is OUR issue.
• We do NOT have any control/responsibility over the package once it arrives to USPS. Including damages, ALL packages leave our warehouse in one piece! Please note all insurance is included on your order and you are eligible for to put in a claim with USPS.
• Due to COVID NO returns on clothes unless it arrives faulty. We do not pay for returns. 
• If you are ordering for a specific day please inform us and be aware of processing and shipping times above.
• Some forms of returns may be issued in gift cards ONLY!
• For custom ordering it is especially REQUIRED you provide a form of contact or your item will not be able to be fulfilled and we will have to refund you.
• If you do not put a name for ANY nameplate items item you WILL have 1-2 business days to correct or you will receive the name on the order!
• If you put the wrong address please notify us and your order may be delayed.
• We ONLY respond to emails or messages directed to our business pages or emails within 48hrs
• All discounted sales are FINAL. 
• If jewelry items are faulty please reach out BEFORE 7 days we WILL replace!
• ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. FREE ITEMS MAY BE CHOSEN AT A RANDOM AND IS NOT GUARANTEED (first come, first serve basis)
